With experienced in house seamstresses and designers we pride ourselves in always providing a personal service tailored for each Bride, ensuring that your gown is a perfect fit with all in house alteration services. Bespoke changes depending on the chosen gown can include but are not limited to changes to necklines and addition of extra embroidery.
We operate an appointment system to ensure that each and every bride receives the very best possible service at our boutique. Weekends are incredibly popular and we recommend booking an appointment in advance if you wish to visit us on a Saturday.

Do I need to book an appointment?
You are more than welcome to visit our store to browse our collections. We provide a personal consultation and to try on dresses, therefore we do recommend you make an appointment, especially on Saturdays, to avoid waiting or disappointment. Our individual appointments last for around an hour.
Who should I bring to my appointment?
We advise that you bring one or two people to your initial appointment. Too many people can create conflicting opinions and make your decision even harder.
What do I need for my appointment?
We recommend that you wear a strapless bra as this helps when trying on the dresses. Open mind and smile always helps! It is so much fun to try on dresses!
How long in advance do I need to order my gown?
We recommend that you start looking for your dress aboout a year prior to your wedding, and ideally order your dress 7 to 9 months before the wedding. Depending on design we can process “express” orders on some dresses but please it may incur additional charges. Please do not panic if you do not have long until your wedding, we do have a wide range of ready to wear gowns which are available to take away immediately.
Once your gown arrives in store we will contact you to arrange a fitting with our in house experienced seamstress. You will need to have your underwear and shoes for this appointment. To achieve a prefect fit it usually takes to arrange two fitting appointments with us. It is also a great opportunity to choose your bridal accessories like veil and tiara. During your first fitting your dress will be pinned to fit you and at the second appointment we check if your gown fits perfectly. Our fittings are carried out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please note we do not offer fittings on Saturdays. The alteration costs are in addition to the cost of your dress and we only charge for work carried out to alter your gown. You are not obliged to use our services.
